No Art is looking for a Creative / Art Director who lives and breathes concepting, visual worlds, and brand philosophy. Someone who can translate abstract ideas into sharp creative directions, guide our artistic vision, and roll out campaigns that feel unmistakably No Art. You’ll shape the direction of the brand across everything we do. From event storytelling and campaign development to sponsorship concepts and creative rollouts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop concepts that strengthen and expand the No Art brand.
• Develop and refine those concepts into concrete creative directions, brand assets, and visual narratives.
• Guard the No Art philosophy and ensure every creative expression stays aligned.
• Roll out the brand across the entire company, ensuring consistency and impact everywhere it shows up.
• Lead the creative direction for sponsor campaigns and collaborations, ensuring balance between artistic integrity and partner needs.
• Collaborate closely with the creative, events, marketing, and partnerships teams to maintain a unified brand language.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• You have experience as a Creative or Art Director within music, arts, fashion, events, or a similar creative field.
• You can effortlessly move between concepting, directing, and hands-on creative shaping.
• You’re able to translate abstract ideas into clear visual guidelines, campaigns, and creative output.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and brand philosophy.
• You’re collaborative, curious, and comfortable leading creative direction across multiple teams.
• Affinity with music, culture, and art is not just a plus—it fuels you.
