Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
•⁠ ⁠Serving as the link between artists and PR, legal, distribution, creative direction & A&R
•⁠ ⁠Liaising with distributors and setting up releases across all platforms
•⁠ ⁠Managing release timelines and calendars
•⁠ ⁠Ensuring all artwork is delivered, approved, and uploaded on time
•⁠ ⁠Coordinating internal and external teams for campaign roll-outs
•⁠ ⁠Overseeing metadata, credits, and delivery to DSPs
•⁠ ⁠Managing assets such as trailers, teasers, press releases, and visual content

Your Profile
•⁠ ⁠You have a sharp eye for detail and timing
•⁠ ⁠You’re organized, communicative, and confident coordinating with artists and teams
•⁠ ⁠You’re familiar with the release process and music distribution
•⁠ ⁠You work well independently and within a team
•⁠ ⁠Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
•⁠ ⁠Preferably based in or around Amsterdam
