No Art is seeking a Marketing Manager to bring alignment between our label and our events, ensuring both worlds move in the same direction and reinforce each other. You will help shape howNo Art communicates, grows, and presents itself from high-impact release moments to major album campaigns while safeguarding our artistic identity across every touchpoint.
• Lead day-to-day marketing and project management for the label while supporting the marketing direction of our events.
• Ensure the label and events operate in one aligned, consistent brand language across all communication.
• Oversee release planning, including singles, EPs, and full album rollouts, ensuring all phases ares structured and delivered on time.
• Manage and coordinate larger campaign budgets for major projects and album cycles.
• Work closely with the Creative Director. You outline the campaign needs, phases, and activations.The Creative Director develops and executes the creative concepts with your guidance.
• Guide the rollout across all platforms including social, digital, partnerships, media, content, and event moments.
• Collaborate with ANOTR, the Label Manager, the creative team, and external partners to keep all projects flowing in the same direction.
• Maintain a clear, cohesive brand presence throughout the full No Art ecosystem.
• Experience in music marketing and project management, ideally at a label, distributor, or major-label environment.
• Proven experience working on album rollouts, multi-phase campaigns, or larger-scale marketing projects with significant budgets.
• Someone who understands how to maintain a strong, recognizable brand world and keep all communication aligned across releases and events.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating between planning, coordination, and cross-team collaboration.
• A natural team player with affinity for music, art, culture, or nightlife.
• A versatile role with an even split between label and events, giving you full involvement across the No Art universe.
